I ordered paving stones on the 12th March 2021, with the delivery due for w/c 19th April 2021. I called, emailed and was told my order would be delivered the week after.It’s now the first week of May and my order still hasn’t arrived, with absolutely no communication or contact. I wish I’d read the reviews on here, I can’t believe how unprofessional this company is.I wanted to add as I have just just seen a response from the company, yes, the live chat was answered quickly, but I was told my order would be coming the week after. After calling the courier company, it turns out my order was cancelled by Paving Superstore with them - but Paving Superstore never informed me of this. I appreciate you are having issues with your supplier, but all it takes is communication to actually let the person know what's happening.

Absolute shambles, paid the asking price in full for a playhouse, several weeks after paying they asked for another £59 stating their supplier wanted more, so I paid it, was sent an email saying it would be dispatched at beginning of April, after i emailed 2 days ago I'm now told that due to a covid outbreak they can't dispatch until beginning of may, funny thing, I checked for covid outbreaks in UK and there have not been any. Very bad experience, never again

Avoid! Don’t waste your time! Placed an order for slabs that were on offer. Delivery within 3-4 days it stayed. Delivery date came and went, no communication. I emailed raising a “ticket” automated reply stating someone would contact me by 5pm on the 29th, no contact! Phone the 30th had to wait 1hr 5mins in the queue to speak to someone who then put me on hold for 9 mins with no apology for leaving me waiting. Eventually told there’s no stock left your order won’t be coming ?. Later that day I gets an email to say my order is being shipped and I should receive an email from courier company, which I did stating my delivery being delivered the next day. I reply to paving superstore asking what is going on to then get a reply saying “ignore that email there’s no stock”. Absolute shambles of a company!! Customer service the worst I have had. They can’t use the excuse we are in a pandemic as we have been in this for a year now. Get your staff properly trained on how to deal with customers! I should’ve read the reviews before dealing with this company as continually poor service!

For variety of slabs, delivery and the fantastic customer service these guys are great! Used them twice now on two projects at home and have no problem with recommending them!

Shopped around and was the best value for money. Love their range and prices of corten products. After buying a bird bath/water feature bowl and now looking at there corten walls.

Paving arrived within three days of ordering. Telephone query was answered immediately and very helpful.
